Work time in relation to Productivity:

Countries with the shortest workdays are the most productive (see https://news.fastcompany.com/the-worlds-most-productive-countries-also-have-the-shortest-workdays-4016006)

However, when you are results-oriented, rather than "being busy," you're 100 percent on when you're working and 100 percent off when you're not. Why do anything half-way? If you're going to work, you're going to work.
To get the best results in your fitness, research has found that shorter but more intensive exercise is more effective than longer drawn-out exercise. http://www.inc.com/benjamin-p-hardy/this-morning-routine-will-save-you-20-hours-a-week.html?cid=cp01002quartz

Intensive Workouts: http://www.acsm.org/about-acsm/media-room/acsm-in-the-news/2011/08/01/high-intensity-exercise-best-for-improving-body-composition

Deep Work is the important part: https://www.amazon.com/Deep-Work-Focused-Success-Distracted/dp/1455586692

Between 9 and 11 a.m., my mind is ready for a break, so that's when I do my workout. Research confirms you work out better with food in your system.Consequently, my workouts are now a lot more productive and powerful than they were when I was exercising immediately following waking up.

Lampenfieber in Excitement umwandeln

Mit Ängsten umgehen und umkehren

Lampenfieber?
